Wildflower Landscape Design & Drafting, PLLC is a landscape architectural design company specializing in custom, residential new construction and luxury outdoor design. We help homeowners and builders visualize design through beautiful and realistic 3D graphics and full detailed landscape plan packages.
As landscape designer with over 16 years of combined professional, field and educational experience, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to design and create unique garden spaces here in the greater Triangle area.
With experience gained from a high-end residential landscape design/build firm as well as a boutique landscape architecture firm specializing in commercial and resort projects, my knowledge is well-rounded, providing me with an ideal platform for freelance landscape design consulting and drafting.

Process

On-Site Consult - We start by meeting at your home, walking your property and discussing your wants, needs, likes/dislikes and the way that you use your landscape. The initial on-site consultation is $200 and includes an hour of on-site time.

Design Agreement - Following the on-site consult, you will receive a detailed design agreement (PDF via email) which will include the landscape design fee for your project including a $200 credit for the on-site consult. The minimum design fee is $3,500.

Site Inventory - Following the signing of the design agreement, we will return to the property to take drone photos to document the property for reference to existing conditions as well as take field measurements and collect site elevations.

Review of Design - 6-8 weeks following design agreement signing, 3D images and a video will be sent via email for your review. Kindly email me your feedback and any changes you may have within 7 days.

Approval of Design - 2-3 weeks following the receipt of your feedback and changes, your full 2D plans are complete! These drawings include full planting specifications, material specifications and critical dimensions.

Make it a Reality - You're ready to implement your design! If you have a preferred landscape/hardscape contractor - great! If not, I am happy to recommend three trusted companies that I partner with for install. If you choose to contract with one of my partners, you have the option to request an additional proposal from me to oversee the build of the project on-site billed hourly.
